📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients
• Support daily living activities and home maintenance tasks
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety at home
• Support clients in activities to stay independent at home
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned

• Passion for caregiving; prior home health care is welcomed but not required
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes
