Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients
• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Support household tasks and meal preparation as needed
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using devices as required
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and maintain patient safety at home

🎯 Requirements

• Caregiving experience preferred, training provided
• Reliable and committed to compassionate care
• Ability to travel to client homes (as assigned)
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Commitment to BAYADA values and quality care
• Must be able to perform activities of daily living support
