Provide personal care and companionship per written plan of care by a registered nurse
Assist with daily living activities and household support
Support activities of daily living and independent living at home
Travel to clients’ homes to deliver one-on-one care as assigned
Support with activities such as bathing, grooming, meal prep, and transfers

🎯 Requirements

Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed; training provided
Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect
Reliability and ability to follow a written plan of care
Able to travel to clients’ homes
