📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to home clients.
• Complete hospice visits across Ocean or Monmouth County, NJ.
• Be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
