Home Health Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field nurses & Clinicians (PT/OT & SLPs) to deliver
• Conduct supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients
• Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff
• Collaborate closely with office leadership to drive operational success

🎯 Requirements

• Active Virginia RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
• Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance
• Supervisory or leadership experience
