Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent, meds, catheter care)
Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition
Coordinate with the HHA and family to assist with ADLs, including dressing and meal prep
Maintain a safe, high-quality, patient-centered environment
1:1 private duty home care for an adult client in Clio

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a calm, patient temperament
Home care experience preferred but not required
Ability to manage wound care, bowel program, and catheter care
Willingness to work in a private duty home setting with 1:1 care
