Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, med administration, catheter care)
1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes
Care for pediatric and adult patients in a relationship-based setting
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Communicate with families and care teams to coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
