📋 Description

• Respiratory support: Nebulizer and cough assist three times daily
• Nutrition: Manage feeding tube and daily intake
• Safe movement: Use ceiling lift for transfers
• Physical therapy: Coordinate with family for weekly PT
• One-to-one home care focused on client comfort and family support

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus; trach/vent knowledge helpful
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care
