Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress setting.
• Deliver skilled nursing services (trach/vent care, meds, catheter care).
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Communicate with families and care teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required).
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 1:1 in a private duty home setting.
