📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care, including but not limited to tracheostomy care, ventilator management
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as repositioning, transfers, and hygiene

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or long-term care preferred
• Experience with tracheotomy and ventilator care (for pediatric positions)
• Knowledge of paraplegia-related care, including skin integrity, mobility assistance, and
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
