📋 Description

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes (trach/vent, meds, catheter)
Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
Assist with ADLs: repositioning, hygiene, mobility

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

🎯 Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful)
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
