📋 Description

• Demonstrate BAYADA values and The BAYADA Way.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources.
• Review and compile documentation to transition or initiate care.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up services.
• Collaborate with care managers/marketing on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings as directed by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales/referral management can substitute.
• 1 year of healthcare experience; home health preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Central and Northern NJ.
• Experience with health system / referral management / home health platforms a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; manage projects.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, goal achievement, and growth potential.
