Home Health Sales Associate (Weekends)

📋 Description

• Part-time weekend remote Sales Associate for BAYADA.
• Hours: Fri 1-5; Sat/Sun 8:30-5; Mon 8:30-12:30 EDT.
• Support area sales team by processing referrals from Central PA.
• Perform admin sales/marketing tasks to support referrals.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and strive to exceed targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred; degree may be substituted with sales/referral exp.
• 1 year healthcare setting experience; home health preferred
• Experience with health system/referral management/home health platforms a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement; English communication
