Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition
Apply acute and post-acute care skills (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home
Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring
Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population
