Hospice Aide - CNA

📋 Description

• Provide direct care and support to hospice patients and families
• Ensure comfort, dignity, and respect at end of life
• Report to Clinical Manager and collaborate with the care team
• Support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care

🎯 Requirements

• Current CNA certification for the practice state
• Minimum one year as a CNA in hospice, palliative care, or similar setting
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
