Hospice Aide - CNA

📋 Description

• Provide direct care to hospice patients and families
• Ensure comfort, dignity and respect at end of life
• Support daily living activities and personal care
• Manage comfort measures and symptom relief
• Communicate and collaborate with care team
• Maintain a safe, clean care environment

🎯 Requirements

• Current CNA certification for the state of practice
• Minimum one-year CNA experience in hospice or palliative care
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
