Hospice Chaplain-Spiritual Counselor, Per diem

📋 Description

• Provide spiritual support to patients and families in VT visits
• Develop and follow client spiritual care plan
• Deliver end-of-life education and symptom-related guidance
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Travel within Chittenden, Franklin and Washington Counties
• Participate in bereavement services when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Masters of Divinity preferred
• At least one unit of CPE preferred
• One year of spiritual counseling in healthcare, hospice/palliative care
• Willingness to travel within office coverage area

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay hourly: $28-$32
• Per diem schedule with flexible hours
