• Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team focused on patient‑centered end‑of‑life care.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for hospice and end‑of‑life care; previous hospice experience required.
• Proven leadership in hospice, home health, or palliative care.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance, and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing patient caseloads and coordinating care.
• BSN or Master’s degree preferred; RN required.
