Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license in New Jersey.
One year hospice experience preferred.
Home health care experience welcome, but not required; training provided.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, reassuring presence with strong listening and communication.
