• Lead all daily hospital operations
• Ensure compliance with operating standards
• Create and maintain accurate work schedules
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members; set performance and culture
• Prepare monthly reports on hospital performance, staffing, margins
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Hospital Operations Manager, Medical Office Manager, or similar role
• Three+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities; technician background preferred
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and develop others
• Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to implement and enforce SOPs and hospital protocols
