• Lead all daily hospital operations
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Hospital Operations Manager or Medical Office Manager
• 3+ years in veterinary medicine; technician background preferred
• Strong leadership and an empathetic approach; experience mentoring
• Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to implement and enforce SOPs and hospital protocols
