🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Hospital Operations Manager or similar role; 3+ years in veterinary medicine
• Strong leadership; training and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to implement and enforce SOPs to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
• Clear communication with hospital and corporate teams; decisive
• Strong problem-solving; able to work under pressure
