📋 Description

• Join our Dallas team as a Hospitality Associate, blending onsite presence with guest support.
• Be the heart of the guest experience at Downtown Dallas, reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Work with Guest Experience and Property Operations teams to ensure seamless stays.
• Welcoming guests, check-in support, and address needs.
• Coordinate with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Breezeway tools.
• Handle emergencies and guest issues with proactive problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality: 2+ years in hospitality, or 2+ years in customer service.
• Guest service skills: 1+ year in guest service roles.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with new systems and tech.
• Flexibility: varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Transportation: reliable transportation.
• Physical: able to lift up to 50 pounds.
