📋 Description

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and immediate needs
• Provide personalized local recommendations and insights
• Maintain common areas (coffee stations, concierge closets) and perform quality checks using 'Safety
• Prepare for guest arrivals and organize guest engagement events, coordinating with housekeeping and
• Promptly address and resolve guest requests through 'Breezeway' and live guest issues
• Maintain communication with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience or 2 years customer service
• At least 1 year in guest service roles
• Tech-savvy with interest in learning new systems
• Availability for varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
