Coordinate hospitality for high-end meetings and events from concept to execution
Partner with Event Production Managers to ensure smooth event flow
Lead show rounds when applicable and support peak periods with setup/breakdown
Enter visitors, assist with room bookings, catering orders, and building requests
Maintain positive client relationships and uphold SOPs and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and clients
Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 25 pounds
Basic knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment setup and usage
Experience with multiple platforms: Salesforce, ProxyClick, Envoy, GoParrot, Robin, Zendesk
Proactive problem-solving, guest-focused service, and attention to detail
