Host Communications Strategy Lead

📋 Description

• Own positioning and launch communications plans for new features, products and corporate/community
• Establish engagement and business goals for key announcements and campaigns. Work with analysts and
• Develop campaigns, draft messaging frameworks and positioning decks, and oversee communications
• Identify key audiences and segments to focus on, and build plans that support these goals.
• Work in partnership with owned one-way and two-way channel owners (Community Center, Resource
• Develop proactive and reactive communications plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in marketing or communications, at a world class tech company or startup.
• Best-in-class verbal and written communicator. Strong writing background and editorial acumen a
• Ability to translate complicated product features and complex community policies (reviews, fees
• Writing samples and/or a portfolio of work to share.
• Ability to lead and drive initiatives across a matrixed organization, solve problems and influence
• Experience managing through cross functional teams.
