📋 Description

• Ensure the highest level of guest care in line with Magnolia’s brand.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide information to ensure a seamless experience.
• Strategically manage the flow of guests by pre-assigning and seating.
• Obtain reservation information and provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and running drinks and food as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for detail and professional demeanor with a sense of urgency.
