Hotel Facilities, Project Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and manage hotel project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Support the Sr. Superintendent in planning and follow up hotel scopes for drydocks, refits
• Provide onsite project management during shipyards and major projects, coordinating contractors
• Maintain detailed project budget tracking, commitments, forecasts, change orders, and actual
• Coordinate invoice review, coding, and reconciliation during shipyard periods to ensure costs are
• Partner with Supply Chain to track purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and installation

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Hospitality, Business, or
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, marine refurbishment, hospitality facilities
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, contractors, schedules, and
• Cruise, maritime, hotel renovation, or shipyard experience strongly preferred.
• Project management certification such as PMP preferred but not required.
• Strong project management, organization, and execution skills.
