House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes
• Co-manage operations for DD/IDD and behavioral programs in AFHs
• Caseload typically 2-4 sites, 1-4 residents per home, 10-12 direct reports
• Mix of admin and direct care duties
• On-site orientation and training for new staff
• Lead team meetings and manage staff schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Services/related)
• 2+ years managerial/supervisory experience
• 1+ year direct experience with individuals with disabilities
• Mental health exp preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong decision-making, time mgmt, communication
