House Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of assigned group homes
• Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
• Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders
• Manage household and individual budgets
• Provide on-site orientation to new staff
• Train employees in program implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Successful background clearance
• Good decision-making, time management and communication skills
