• Clean common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, coffee station
• Clean vacant and model units and complete freshens in model and vacant ready homes
• Perform daily recurring tasks such as cleaning the clubhouse
• Support maintenance and leasing teams as needed
• Maintain clean, well-kept appearance of the community
• Take on various responsibilities and assist maintenance team as needed
