HR Advisor

📋 Description

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across a range of people matters.
• Support the interpretation and application of the Enterprise Agreement (EBA), Modern Awards and
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and workplace
• Support EBA negotiations through research, data analysis and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes in partnership with WHS and external
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and other core HR activities across the

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics or another
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, with
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management
• Practical experience with workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Confident providing HR advice and guidance to leaders, with the ability to influence outcomes and
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters
