HR AI Deployment & People Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• AI-First HR Operations Lead will build and scale the AI-driven HR backbone.
• Identify opportunities where AI can save time, increase efficiency, and drive innovation across HR.
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools across onboarding, AskHR, policy guidance, candidate screening, and benefits Q&A.
• Own people analytics: dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, span of control, and DIB metrics.
• Scale solutions: launch, track adoption, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly with live tools.
• Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, and HRBP teams to address challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, people analytics, or HR operations with hands-on AI tooling experience.
• Data/analytics: dashboards/reports; proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Workday or similar.
• Working knowledge of AI systems: language models, prompt engineering; Claude, Gemini, Rovo.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-speed iteration; quick MVP delivery and continual improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; travel up to 10%; fluent in English.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS.
