• Lead AI strategy for Endava’s People/HR functions.
• Bridge people, data and tech to deliver AI projects at scale.
• Move pilots to production with governance and human oversight.
• Shape AI-enabled operating models and adoption across HR teams.
• Collaborate with ATS, HCM, LMS and COEs to embed AI.
• Guide AI-enabled redesign of HR processes and roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in CS, data science, or related field desirable.
• Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, automation, prompt engineering.
• Experience leading UAT, testing cycles, or functional implementation.
• Strong cross-functional coalition-building and execution.
• Curious, strategic, and able to translate tech to HR value.
