HR AI Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI strategy for Endava People function across HR domains
• Embed AI into core HR processes and technology stack
• Drive adoption, ethics, and governance of AI across HR teams
• Collaborate with COEs, Technology, Data and business stakeholders
• Shape AI-influenced job architecture, skills and career pathways
• Coordinate enterprise-wide AI-enabled work redesign initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in HR, Business, Data/AI, Tech, or related field
• 4-7+ years in HR transformation, HR tech, AI/automation, or HR analytics
• Experience integrating AI into HR systems (ATS, HCM, workflow tools) preferred
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Familiar with LLMs, conversational AI, process automation
• Proven track record in leading UAT and functional implementation
