HR AI Lead

📋 Description

• Lead HR AI strategy across the People function.
• Build an AI roadmap from automation to agentic AI.
• Champion AI in Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, People Partnering, L&D and Employee Experience.
• Embed AI into core HR processes with COEs.
• Collaborate with ATS, HCM and LMS for seamless AI solutions.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases to transform HR ops.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in HR, Business, Data/AI, Tech, or related field.
• 4–7+ years in HR transformation or HR tech/AI.
• Experience integrating AI into HR systems (ATS, HCM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, automation, prompt engineering.
• Proven success leading UAT and testing cycles.
