🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Math, Business Analytics or related field.
2–6 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
SQL proficiency for querying and managing datasets.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
Understanding of HR metrics (hiring, attrition, headcount, diversity).
