• Design, build, and maintain automated TA dashboards and trackers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in HR analytics/BI; TA support is a plus.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query, macros.
• AI & Automation: hands-on AI tools for data cleaning and automation.
• Data Visualization: Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Communication: tell data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
