🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of successful experience in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director role
• Proven ability to implement and manage core employee lifecycle processes, including hiring
• Experience managing payroll budgets, employee turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement, and
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, as well as HR analytics and data-driven
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate HR initiatives
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to evaluating workforce performance
