HR Business Applications Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate HR IT initiatives across the HR applications landscape.
• Assist with requirements gathering, planning, testing, rollout, and implementation.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate needs into system requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams (Development, Integrations, Security, vendors) to ensure delivery.
• Support the HR systems roadmap including Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years IT project coordination, business analysis, HR systems support, or related PM experience.
• System oriented with self-learning ability to master complex systems.
• Exposure to HR apps such as Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
