HR Business & Operations Lead - EMEA

📋 Description

• Own entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with regional managers on performance, relations, and policy guidance.
• Draft and manage contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
• Maintain employee data in Workday with accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefits across EMEA; be first contact for questions.
• Use modern tools (including AI) to automate tasks and improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations or Generalist roles.
• Hands-on Workday experience with workflows and data maintenance.
• Solid understanding of core HR procedures and European HR practices.
• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, or performance cycles.
• Strong organizational skills with detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Native German and fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
