  • Strong knowledge of multi-state US employment law incl. CA
  • Experience coaching managers in fast-paced, high-growth envs
  • Experience in early-stage companies where processes are being built
  • Strong employee relations and advisory skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on ops with strategic partnership
