📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders.
• Shape and deliver people strategy for the technical organisation with the Chief HR.
• Balance speed, rigor, and fairness in performance and employee relations.
• Enable high-quality 1:1s, feedback, and career conversations.
• Coach leaders on goals, rhythms, and leadership expectations.
• Identify retention risks in critical technical roles and plan actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HRBP experience with technical teams (engineering/hardware/software/AI/ML).
• Strong org design, workforce planning, coaching, performance, and ER.
• Comfort in ambiguity; drive clarity in fast-moving environments.
• High judgment; balance empathy with high standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence.
• Strong execution: run cycles, manage detail, deliver consistently.
