Ensure effective implementation of all HR programs and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners across practice areas and service
Coordinate and implement HR strategies to meet organizational needs
Ensure actions and delivery align with overall HR strategy and meet business needs
Ensure compliance with country laws, regulations, policies, and practices

🎯 Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR generalist with proven experience managing multiple areas of
Experience in complex international organizations preferred
Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities preferred
Knowledge of Polish labor law
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
