📋 Description

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, and org effectiveness
  • Guide on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams
  • Handle employee relations matters (terminations, investigations, reductions)
  • Manage HRIS data, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Support and improve HR programs, training, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience (HRBP or Generalist; HRBP preferred)
  • International HR experience supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC)
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and supporting larger organizations
  • Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of employment law
  • HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to operate independently and serve as a primary HR point of contact
