🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR advisor in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
• Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Poland employment law and its practical application.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to communicate at all levels.
• Experience managing monthly payroll inputs to ensure a positive payday.
• Experience in international or multi-site environments to aid career development.
