🎯 Requirements

• Proven HR advisor experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
• Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Poland employment law and its practical application.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; effective at all levels.
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Experience managing monthly payroll inputs to ensure a positive payday.
