📋 Description

• Work with business leaders to deliver effective talent strategy, structure, and development
• Enable individual and team performance by assessing talent, providing performance coaching, and
• Develop effective engagement action plans to suit the unique needs of specific teams/employees
• Develop communications to equip leaders with the language to drive their message
• Analyze people data, trends, and interactions to address challenges proactively
• Operate as a change agent and employee advocate

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced environment with a
• Proven experience in proactively coaching leaders and providing strategic guidance on complex
• Superior communication skills – convey confidence, empathy, and trust via candor and diplomacy
• Formal training and accreditation in coaching, adult learning principles, and psychometric
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
