🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years HRBP or progressive HR generalist, tech/high-growth focus.
• Degree in HR or Business; relevant HR cert (e.g., CIPD/SHRM).
• Interest in using AI tools, HRIS, and Google Workspace to improve experiences.
• Ability to connect business objectives to people strategies; manage employee relations with empathy.
• Proven ability to build trust, navigate conflicts, and partner with leaders.
