📋 Description

• Serve as primary HRBP for the U.S. office and support Korea, aligning with business needs.
• Partner with leaders to foster a high-performing culture and drive engagement.
• Coach managers on performance, development, org changes, and team effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle across global locations with compliant experiences.
• Lead onboarding programs from preboarding to probation reviews.
• Drive talent development and learning initiatives globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8+ years in HRBP/HR Generalist/People Ops in fast-paced tech startups.
• Proven track record partnering with leaders on org effectiveness and decisions.
• Hands-on lifecycle mgmt: onboarding, performance, development, and org changes.
• Strong project/program mgmt; handle multiple priorities.
• Process improvement with AI tools and automation in HR ops.
• Excellent Korean and English comms; collaborate across global teams.
